Rob Pattinson talks ‘Mission: Blacklist’ shooting in Iraq – “beautiful, stunning palaces look like Kubrick sets”

Robert Pattinson sat down with MTV a couple of weeks ago to promote his current film, Cosmopolis. During the interview, he discussed his future films and Mission: Blacklist was mentioned.
In case you can’t see the video, here’s the transcript of the section discussing Mission: Blacklist:
Josh Horowitz: That’s the word, that you may be shooting this film in Iraq. Are you looking forward to that? Is that the plan?
Robert Pattinson: The director is there now and I want to do it there. Obviously it’s quite difficult to shoot there. I think it’s a fascinating country. The director has been sending me pictures of the actual palaces where the US army was based and they’re beautiful. Just stunning. They look like Kubrick sets and they’re all empty just sitting there.
