Is the project with Robert Pattinson still a go?

Yes, we haven’t given up yet. So far it hasn’t worked, but the script is fantastic and working with Rob would be great fun

New Pictures + Interview of Kristen in W Magazine February 2013 Issue

"Everyone asks about the nude scenes in On The Road, but I also had to dance, and dancing is harder than being naked. My character, Marylou, is so exuberant, and I had five minutes to do something that showed she was sort of like the craziest motherfucker around. In the book, it says, "Dean takes Marylou and they do a love dance and no one can take their eyes off them." It's one sentence. And I was mad intimidated by it.

We did the dance four times to the song "Salt Peanut". By the end, I was as red as fire truck. I was holding onto Garrett (Hedlund) because I was going to fall over. I almost passed out ever single time."

Kristen Talks About Her Style in ELLE UK Magazine February 2013 (Scans & Transcript)

Transcript

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A TOMBOY. I wanted to look like my older brother when I was younger. I lived in hand-me-downs and was always borrowing his clothes. My earliest fashion memory is cutting up an old pair of Levi's and going to careers day at nursery dressed as a rock star.

MY FILM COSTUMES MEAN A LOT TO ME. I usually take one or two things from each film as a souvenir. It's fun to put that suff on; it reminds you of good times. I have my armour from Snow White and the Huntsman and still wear the T-shirts from The Runaways; I gave the leather jacket I won to Joan Jett, the Blackhearts frontwoman [who I played in the film], with a note scrawled on the back in white pen.

New Kristen Interview with The Daily Beast/Newsweek

imagebam.com imagebam.com

“It’s not a terrible thing if you’re either loved or hated,” says Kristen Stewart, seated in a cozy little bistro on the outskirts of the Los Angeles neighborhood of Los Feliz, far removed from even the most penetrating telephoto lenses. “But honestly,” she continues, “I don’t care ’cause it doesn’t keep me from doing my shit. And I apologize to everyone for making them so angry. It was not my intention.”

So says the most vilified—and highest-paid—actress in all the land. Her role
earlier this year as a sword-wielding firebrand in Snow White and the Huntsman, a sinister reimagining of the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, was quite apropos, given that the 22-year-old starlet is, in many ways, the tabloid media’s Joan of Arc. Her refusal to kowtow to the celebrity-industrial complex, whether through her steely-eyed gaze on the red carpet or nervous fidgeting during televised interviews, is seen by many as an entitled A-lister putting on airs.

New Kristen Interview in New York Magazine (Scans + Transcript)

imagebam.com imagebam.com

Transcript

Newly untethered from the Twilight franchise, Kristen Stewart shows a new side of herself in Walter Salles's movie adaptation of Jack Kerouac's On The Road. As Marylou, the free-spirited companion to Sal Paradise  and Dean Moriarty, she sheds clothes and inhibitions in equal measure. She spoke to Kyle Buchanan.

Marylou is obviously very different than Bella from Twilight. But is she also different from you?

You wouldn't be attracted to a project if you had to fake it. I don't feel like I'm stepping outside of myself when I'm playing parts, and even if it's really different from the apparent version of who I am , I'm always somewhere deep in there.
